Assembly instructions for ERO Joint® SK round and V-belts

Step 1:

Cut slightly longer than the desired length (approx. 120 mm).

Step 2:

Then strip each side to find the traction cable (the sheath must have the required length -10 mm).

Step 3:

Take the 2 ends. Tie the first knot.

Step 4:

If necessary, add a dot of quick glue to seal it.
Then tie a second knot (the same but in the opposite direction to lock the Belt) as shown in the image.

Step 5:

Cut off dangling strands (if welding of the Belt is required, continue reading).

Step 6:

Press the knot into one of the belt's recesses.

Step 7:

Use the Multi TC and U-bolt to merge the Belt.

Step 8:

Deburr with small pliers.
