The ERO Joint® mechanical splicing system for round belts is available in polyurethane and polyester cord from 8mm diameter.

The assembly is made by a longitudinal screwing in two stainless steel pieces embedded in the material of the belt. Other types of mechanical connection are possible and currently improved.

ERO Joint® Polyurethane round belts can be used for both power transmission and transportation.

In all cases, the ERO Joint® is connected to the tensile core embedded in the belt to provide the right mechanical strength (ERO Joint® can also be used in belts without traction cord). In this case, a traction element is added to guarantee the mechanical resistance of the mechanical joint.
