The mechanical fastening system ERO Joint® HP replaces all flat belts without counter-winding. It is based on an inverted timing belt, with a PU coating to ensure adhesion to the pulleys.

Assembly is performed using a single transverse rod.

Using ERO Joint® HP belts gives you complete freedom and flexibility. ERO Joint® Flat belts are fast and easy to assemble.

With the ERO Joint® HP solution, you reduce intervention times and production downtime.

ERO Joint® HP connections on flat belts cannot be used on every installation (especially on high transmission speeds or small pulley diameters). This is a short-term troubleshooting solution that enables production to be resumed quickly. Belt splice service life is shorter than standard flat belts.

ERO Joint® splices can be modified (lengthened) to increase their mechanical strength.
Flat belts with ERO Joint® splices are manufactured in our workshops according to a patented process and to the required length.

Flat belts can be assembled with hinge fasteners, but the ERO Joint® system fitted to belts has a longer lifespan.
