ERO Joint® assembly solutions developed by Tanals allow belts to be assembled on site, without dismantling pulleys and pins and to release the transmission.

The ERO Joint® and ERO joint® Ultimate solutions developed exclusively on the Poly Chain® Carbon™ Volt® by Tanals, for and with Gates offer a unique solution system for fast and easy repair of power transmission.

The cutting shapes of the junction fingers have been engineered for fatigue resistance and maximum tensile strength of the Poly Chain® Carbon™ Volt® material.

The outstanding mechanical characteristics of Poly Chain® GT Carbon™ Volt® combined with the innovative patented ERO Joint® solution offer you the only mechanically assembled driving belt solution.

Suitable for all HTD installations. It allows you to troubleshoot any installation initially equipped with HTD belts.

Pulley diameters for Poly Chain® Carbon™ Volt® ERO Joint® Ultimate and Poly Chain® Carbon™ Volt® belts are identical.

  • Can be produced in any length to suit all installations
  • Can be produced in any width superior or equal to 20 mm
  • Compatible with screws and pins (M2 for 8M, M3 for 14M)
